Myths about Premature Ejaculation Prevention!

Guys need to last longer during sex in order to make it enjoyable and to please their partners. This has been a struggle for many, many guys, as naturally men ejaculate quicker than women, so it is on the man to learn how to control himself and hold out longer.

But there are many myths on premature ejaculation prevention. Check these out:

(1) Creams will cure my problem. Have you heard about these premature prevention creams? You basically put the cream on your penis, it numbs it up and you are supposed to not feel anything so you end up being able to last. The problem is that it is NOT a cure. At best, it is a temporary answer, but really, not a very good answer at that. I mean how fun is sex if you can’t feel anything?

(2) Extending foreplay prevents premature ejaculation. It doesn’t prevent it, it just makes it easier to get away with ejaculating quick, since the woman will, hopefully, be closer to orgasm. But it’s a risky maneuver. In any event you are still only going to experience quick ejaculation once you do penetrate.

(3) If I just squeeze that muscle down there I won’t ejaculate. Not exactly. The muscle, known as the “PC” muscle, does help with premature ejaculation prevention, BUT you have to first practice squeezing it on your own to get it stronger. THEN, and only then should you have sex and squeeze the muscle to hold in the ejaculation. It’s only after exercising it that you can strengthen it and it will work.

So, the only real way to last longer is not through creams or foreplay extension techniques, but through exercising the PC on your own with a good routine that will deliver effective results. You can also add high end sex toys to your aid.
